To my eyes it doesn't even come close to dual possession. It's one guy catching it with both hands, securing the ball to his body while another player has one hand on a part of the ball. I wouldn't say Jennings had "better possession", he had total possession.
If Tate had simultaneously snagged the ball with both hands along with Jennings, then they went to the ground, then we'd have a real interesting situation. But this one is cut and dry. Jennings possessed it, Tate had contact with it.
Haha...nope ... I'm a bag lady! Can't afford a trip to Mexico crazy!
Lanapoleros Jacksonville Florida Shazaam! It was uh...like being in Mexico I guess. I had a margarita even. And Mexico has claimed the exclusive international right to the word "tequila", so I was in my own lil fantasy Mexico I guess.
Refs back to work real soon, hopefully this weekend, if not than the following one for sure... after MNF's debacle and all the bad press, I have no doubts.
No, Miami should be 3-1. But this is par for the course for the fins. Fold under pressure and invent new ways to lose. As I posted at the beginning of the season:
Man, that was a nail-biter tonight in Dallas! (And by nail-biter, I mean that everytime the ball was in the air, I was biting my nails.)
So, the big question is... when Dallas plays Baltimore on Oct. 14, does Kyle Orton get the start? Or does Tony Romo take his defensive backs out on the field with him?
(That's just a joke, by the way. I don't think there's any way Jerry Jones will ever admit to a 60 million-dollar mistake.)
I'm a huge Dallas fan, but I've never been a believer in Romo. I'm not basing it on this one game, but Orton is a starting quarterback in this league, and this would be a great time to see what he can do.
honestly, there is nothing wrong with dallas a real headcoach cant fix. but that will never happen. Jerry Jones would rather have his muppet/fall guy he can manipulate from behind the scenes. hes the new Al Davis.
Tony Romo just needs someone to sit on him. he needs to be in a run-first play action pass style offense... i bet a Jim Harbaugh would do wonders with a Tony Romo.
and no Kyle Orton SUCKS. stick with Romo.... get a new coach and dump dez Bryant... that guy is a QB killer.
I still remember his first professional snap in the NFL (in the regular season) was an interception. I mean, is that not the perfect example in history of foreshadowing?
so i'm going upsets this week... so far... I got Washington handing Atlanta their first lost I got the underrated St Louis Rams trap-slapping the overrated Arizona Cardinals and I got New Orleans getting their first win against the San Diego Chargers.
