What is it with the NFL this year?
Kooky refs beget the kookiest games I've seen a while.
All topped off by the 35 point comeback of Peyton Manning last night.

There's like TWO TEAMS in all of the AFC over .500?!?!

This feels more like the free agency league this year.
Where are the elite teams we look to?
What a wonky first six weeks of the season.

E.D.

I would normally be worried about the Patriots, and they have a lot to fix (namely, Brady's silly mistakes and the secondary), but this is an interesting statistic:

Average margin of victory = 18.3

Average margin of defeat = 1.3

It seems to me the ball isn't bouncing their way this year on close games. Of course this is largely their fault, and a loss is a loss no matter how close, but I think they could turn it around. Their "off" games still come down to the wire as opposed to some other teams out there.

'Artist' is not a term you should use to refer to yourself. Let others, and your work, do it for you.

Yeah.  But you also have to remember, New England's only beating teams with .500 and sub-.500 records.  They haven't beaten a winning team, yet.

They certainly won't have to worry about not making the playoffs, though.  Because of their division, they have a super-easy schedule the rest of the way.  (They only have to face 2 teams with winning records. (Houston and San Francisco)).

But once they get to the playoffs and against good teams, it'll be all downhill from there.

10 teams total are over .500.  3 in the AFC.  It's a crazy year.  Are teams bad, or, is the salary cap, along with the lower teams drafting higher finally merely achieving the evenness it's intended to bring?

I work in the school canteen on a Friday morn, if I'm not working, till 1130, so will race home to see the boys.

Am still doing my OWC script - it's all worked out and started, just have to get it on the computer and sent in.

I work in the school canteen so I can drool over all the little boys and girls from afar.  Then, I race home to see other boys on my internet.

Am still doing it on the computer right now.

Stevie, damn, dude.  Good thing you live in AussiLand, cuz you'd be thrown in jail for that shit over here.  Try and keep it semi-clean, huh, bro?

Niners beat the Seachickens 13-6 in a tough slog. Not pretty but we did the business.

Not pretty at all. Niners are pathetic on offense.  My Rams will wipe the field with their arseholes.

Definitely possible... if Sam Bradford can survive long enough. What a shitty O-Line...

The new QBs in the league have really been fun to watch. Griffin is really fun to watch. The next generation.

Suggs back.

Yeah reading Jeff's reviews is more entertaining than watching the Yams or Tards play...
