Luckily, this song never made it into my head.  Very weak, my friend!

I think we have quite a different taste in music, huh?  Doesn't make us bad people, though.

You think?

And, no, it definitely doesn't make us bad people...well, except those that listen to pop shit obviously.

OK, ladies and gents, here you go...the first single off Edguy's amazing new release, Age of the Joker.  The album track is almost 9 minutes long, so this is obviously the single edit version.

Quite Monty Pythonish, if you ask me.  Looks like the boys had some fun shooting this one.

So without further ado, I present to you, "Robin Hood"!  (Cheers!)  (Hooray!)  (Love it!) (Thanks, Jeff, you rock!)

Stevie, my Aussie mate, this one's for you, bro!

The soon to released, new CD from Saracen, titled "Marilyn" - all about your girl, Marilyn Monroe.  Pretty cool promo vid.  I'll be picking this one up as soon as it's out.

Enjoy!

Not exactly a song - but it still kicks ass.

I don't usually knock other people's choice in music - though I loathe coldplay and all rap rubbish - but bro, this is just an updated version of the 80's cringe bands like Berlin, etc.

I know I can be harsh but when the greatest group in history is my yardstick, well, sheesh...

Sorry buddy but this does nothing for me.

I thought you were a HUGE Marilyn Monroe fan?  It's a concept album all about her.

And, BTW, this is an 80's band that reformed a few years ago.  Updated, indeed.

I am a Marilyn fan - more of her mystique and life then anything - but this music doesn't really evoke anything of her

Candle in the Wind will always be the best song about her.

Here's some real music...some REAL GOOD music.  The latest from maiden, and a pretty cool vid, IMO.

Give it a chance and see if you're not humming the tune or actually singing along before it's all said and done.

Happy Thanksgiving to all...1 day late!

One of my favorite Stones songs - I've only recently 'rediscovered' it. It sometimes gets overlooked by the other songs on this top album. Keef's playing is brilliant.

I love trawling through Youtube, checking out home versions of great songs from all the top bands.
This is one of my favorite Beatle tracks, and shows the precision drumming that Ringo brought to the table.

Underrated, even mocked for many years, Ringo is now recognised by drummers around the world, both amateurs and pros, as the Grandfather of modern rock drumming.  His timing was impeccable.

Fun_ featuring Janelle Monae -- We Are Young

Great tune. Very catchy, almost 80's feel to it. Discovered it on my local Indie station.

Now I hear it's going to be on Glee.... damn.

Oh well.
