You did well there, Stevie! Flight's not very long.
Hmm, my editor (hubby) says my script is confusing. Hardly high praise. I may be out again. Either way, will read lots. Very curious as to what will come of this particular brief. I hope there are some serious and seriously good horror entries.
Wow! Good for you. Sounds like the perfect writing environment.
It's great tbh. Coffee shops open at five for the fishermen, so I grab my espresso and sit with them and write first thing.
In the day time there are so many wonderful 'konobas', old stone restaurants that I sit in to write and at night when it's cooler I sit in my favourite bars by the bay.

I can never write in public. I have tried. Might be to do with living in Birmingham - when out and about it pays to keep one eye open. Maybe that's just me though... I'm pretty much the same anywhere there are lots of people. I prefer observing people if I'm out alone. Particularly attractive brunettes.

Ha! reminds me of when I first moved from Birmingham out into the countryside. Driving down a country road, a guy jumped out from behind a bush and flagged me down - My instinctive Brummie reaction was to lock the doors and drive right through him... turns out he just wanted to warn me that there was a cow in the road.
I can't write in public either... but then again, I've not tried to do it in such a nice a setting as Scar has described
Got mine written in the notepad. Had one half written but scrapped it and started anew. Same concept just went at it differently. Prolly will only be 3 pages. It’s not bad. Will get it on the laptop tomoz just in time for the deadline
Had a great weekend in my hometown Dad loved his 80th party Was really tops Was only 3 degrees C this morn! I still had the shorts and tshirt on but it was bloody cold lol Look forward to reading some good horror scripts. Any pissers won’t be read or reviewed!
Nice view of the Adriatic. Still, I could only write there if was absolute silence (nature noises aside). I couldn't really get absorbed. Maybe it's that safety thing. I've got 40-something years of watching my back to shake off.
Matt's reaction is great. If I was him, I'd have likely driven through both the poor guy trying to warn me, and the cow.
I will do something similar to you once the kids have left home. Only another ten-stretch.
I find I can rarely focus at the best of times, but if I go out alone I can at least get something done.
No chance today though. I'm with my Croatian girlfriend, an Italian girl and two Mexican girls... It's like a madhouse, even though there's noone else for miles around.
EDIT: They're going sunbathing now, so it's now or never for the script!

Woa, go sun and bathe with them you vtrTZvivgfvjjfyj you
For the first time this tournament I don't have a finished draft going into Monday. It's halfway done, and I'm only going to get about three hours today to write, if that. I'll get something in, but it might not be pretty.
