I've really struggled with this one. I didn't have the room to build things like I wanted, but I've worked HARD on it to get it down to five pages. I already know what some of you miserable sods are going to say about it, but there's some great stuff in there!

Excellent! Now, can you make a 1 minute version for a Superbowl ad?

If that's all that's stopping you, simply wedge one in... not literally... well, yeah, literally...

No, not only that. I rushed one in last week, but this week I'm definitely out.

Good news and bad news — good news is my wife is getting discharged from the hospital this afternoon. Bad news is by the time I get her home and get her acclimated and comfortable, I’ll have maybe an hour to write something.  But I’m going to do it, I think. Even a mess getting all 2’s is better than not entering if I understand the scoring. And even if I’m wrong I’d still rather enter something than not. Just be gentle with me!

Gary

Some of my scripts:

Bounty (TV Pilot) -- Top 1% of discoverable screenplays on Coverfly
I'll Be Seeing You (short) - OWC winner
The Gambler (short) - OWC winner
Skip (short) - filmed
Country Road 12 (short) - filmed
The Family Man (short) - filmed
The Journeyers (feature) - optioned

Happy to hear the good news, Gary.

Don't sweat it when it comes to rushing your entry. Mine will be pretty rough as well. Lol. 8 hours to go and I've only got 1 page.

FADE IN:

EXT. CITY STREET - DAY

Dead bodies everywhere. Even the cockroaches are dead.

In the foreground, an airplane had crashed into a billboard for hand sanitizer.

A tumbleweed blows by.

FADE OUT.

So glad to hear she's going home.

I'll happily donate my full script... or points. (And, no... not because I think it's a stinker! Though, you never really know until the reviews roll in.)

But, I bet you can bang out 5 pretty good pages in an hour or two.

You got this Gary - a nice little one pager: I had a flight one time and the lavatory was out of hand sanitizer. It was horrible. The end.

I want to lodge a protest, as apparently Frank has hacked into my computer and stolen my script.

On vacation. Can hear the Atlantic ocean as I type. Got a script done. I love the idea, but need many more pages to make it work. Hopefully it works well enough for people to get through. Several didn't get through my last one!

I did not review 3 scripts. Sorry, ran out of time. Hopefully I will get to them after vacation.
