Hey, I've ecently moved to the USA. I was born in England, moved to South Africa when i was sixteen with my parents who work with HIV/AIDS orphans in Africa. Now here i wish to further my career. I believe this is a wonderful sight and hopefully will become a great community of writers. It's a tough competative market and knowing your fellow peers helps you grow. Chris, Welcome.  Have you put your movie together yet?  I'm sure that there are a lot of people who'd like to see it.

Anthoney, Welcome, too.  Another cultural mongrel like myself.

Catia, Welcome!  I have two boys, 8.6 and 3.6 and two cats (ancient) and a mother-in-law (we are the only two son-on-law/mother-in-law duo that actually get along and the Short Chinese Woman (my dear wife) in a 1000 square foot house.  I can sympathize.

Welcome all.

Heretic, I like you.  You're awesome.  I understand and respect what I know about you.  I'm probably the only person on this site who dislikes Anthony, though.

Heh...Once Upon a Time In China (along with Reservoir Dogs) is my all time favorite movie.  If you like old Jet Li stuff (as opposed to the crap he's making in America), check out NEW LEGEND OF SHAOLIN and FONG SAI YUK.

I hated Frailty.  Something about young boys murdering, chopping, and burying people....???  I think it was well written and good in the sense it made the viewer think....but i was just disgusted.    Although i love all of Tarantino films and his are even more graphic.  It was the whole kid thing I didn't like I guess.  So it was a good movie it just didn't appeal to me and I don't want to see it again.  I'm weird. ha ha

Frailty is one of the best horror movies ever made, simple as that.
