Apologies for the delay.  We had a couple of new folks, who I hope return for the next one, and I wanted to give them the chance to figure out the confusing customs of the OWC.

So, without further ado:

Writers' Choice:
An Excellent Judge of Character by James O Williams (jwent6688 ) Writing as Rez Trentnor - Short, Erotic Thriller - A desperate woman trying to escape her violent past brings a stranger back to her hotel room.

Writers' Liked
Zoom by Anthony Cawood (AnthonyCawood) Writing as Angela Anaďs Juana Antolina Rosa Edelmira Nin - Short, Erotic Thriller - A couple's illicit affair is forced to go virtual due to a pesky global pandemic, and if that wasn't bad enough someone else wants in.

And the rest (in no particular order)
A Chance Encounter by JOHN E STAATS (JEStaats) Writing as ----------- - Short, Erotic (not so), Thriller (also, not so) - When guns are drawn, love ensues.

Celluloid by R5e (Gum) Writing as Anonymous - Short, Erotic Thriller - Two lewd and crude high school teachers are taught a valuable lesson about the importance of being discreet.

Relationship of Convenience by Claudio Saez (Claudio) Writing as Saban Elaban - Short, Erotic Thriller, Comedy - Officer meets a bombshell at convenience store.

Desert Heat by Owen Herity (Geezis) Writing as Roget Ramjette - Short, Erotic Thriller - {no logline}

Wrong Mark by Darren Seeley (DarrenJamesSeeley) Writing as Rick O’Shea - Short, Erotic Thriller - Lily's a bad girl. She's going to leave her husband for a bad boy who wants to go good.

Congrats, James!
Well deserved.

...I still maintain Femme Fatales should come up trumps, but, a mighty fine job you did.

To all you others, give yourselves a big round of applause. This challenge was no easy task and I thank you all for contributing such unique entries, all of which were highly entertaining.

P.S. Until I examined it closely I thought for sure Pia had written Zoom.
Nice pickup on the Chiropodist, Ants! Very nice.

Well done, James - that one was my favourite, followed closely by Zoom.

Congrats to all for taking on the challenge, it wasn't an easy one.

Thanks everyone. Thanks to Don and Libby for running this thing. Thanks to all the people who reviewed and didn’t even enter. Good job on Zoom Anthony, it had my top score.

I’ve been here a long time and never got one of those fancy mugs. Hopefully that’s what Don is sending me and not actually a cat’s head.

James

Congrats to James, Anthony and those who entered. Sorry I didn't, nor read/review your work but erotic thrillers really aren't my thing.

Way to go, James/Anthony. A few got top marks from my end, and those were definitely the ones that shined!
