Next Halloween challenge....I suggest 5 page max would make it easier to read all of them for those of us who work full time and do this as a hobby.

5? 6 is the min, that means 4 is left. And it could be 3 and one sentence, ha! I never write more than the minimum. Who are you holding me for, a writer??

True, thought it was 7 min, had I known that earlier I could have killed my monster a page earlier

Entered.

No more time left as I'm travelling tomorrow. Like many this is actually a few days challenge when you break it down. Something we forget when we start to review.

it's actually better than i expected, but then again others may disagree...we've all been there.

thanks Don for the chance. Appreciated.

all the best everyone , see you on the other side.

Used Trelby to write for this one as couldn't get Sophocles going again after resetting my computer a few months back. It isn't bad software once you get used to it. Being free helps too lol.

Stevie, I loved Sophocles - Good old Balt put me on to it a way back. Sadly the company ceased to exist quite a while ago now. I still have it on my desktop but started using FD.

Don, no countdown clock this time around?

And Fen (Max,) good to see you pop your head up.

Before I wiped my comp, I saved Soph to hard drive but couldn't get it going again. Found a beta version in net but it wouldn't activate. Yeah I loved it too.  But Trelby is good and useable. Better than Celtx and produces good PDFs too.

Yeah, do it! Finish your short and submit.

I made a stupid decision to finish mine as well! But let's see.
