I'm just glad Don said he's a little loose on his interpretation of the challenge!  Not finished yet but I've at least started and have somewhat of a story in mind.  Getting it in the ten page count will be tough but we'll see.  Good luck to all!

My Scripts:
SHORTS
Bed Bugs
I Got The Shaft
No Clowning Around
Fool's Gold
Five Days for Redemption

TELEVISION
Father, Forgive Me
Sheriff of Nowhere

I can write the reviews for mine:

"Where's the horror?"

"I saw it coming a mile away."

"I saw this before in..."

"Page one, I'm out. No soup for you. Next!"

I'll quote one of my infamous script's dialogue, which will most likely be very close to the reviews I receive this time around...

TOMMY
Is it any good?

ANGEL
Any good? It's fucking great! It's
the best damn script I've ever read.
It's flawless. It will completely
redefine the way scripts are written
and judged. It gave me goose bumps.

Tommy looks on in awe.

TOMMY
No shit, huh? Are those goose bumps,
or are your nipples just rock hard?

After struggling all week, I came up with an idea for this one. In work tonight so now it's a battle against time. Good luck to everyone participating.

HOLLY (Diane Weist)
Wow, you really think I can write?

MICKEY (Woody Allen)
Well, there are one or two things I would've done differently, but who cares!

PIA
Damn, this is amazing...I wonder who wrote it?

KEVIN
Truly the upper echelon in writing talent

DENA
My favorite script I've ever seen!!

WARREN
Brutal, chilling, an instant classic.

KHAMANNA
I hope Jeff didn't write this one, because I hate him, but it sure is fantastic!

JEREMIAH JOHNSON
This is so excellent, it must have been written by another guy named Jeff, and I bet it was a writer from AZ.

STUMPZIAN
I wouldn't change a single thing.  Great effort!

HA!  Also...

STEVIE
I couldn't be arsed to enter this hallowed annual event, because I've run out of Bunnyman ideas, and this challenge was too hard for this old bloke.  And, I'm in training to go to Everest Base Camp next year, so I've given up on writing and the only thing I can pick up is my 5 pound dumbbell, and that's a bugger in itself.

that wasn't good - in fact it was the hardest report I've had for a very long time

I'm really out of practice on this writing business

ok, 24 hrs left...a very long way to go

only with an OWC...

Just sent mine in.

Will it win? Probably not.
Will it be produced? Probably not.
Why did I write it? Because I LOVE the October OWCs!!!!!

Finally had some time to write. Have all day tomorrow too. Plan on working nonstop till midnight to finish this. Possibly breaking for food. Bathroom breaks - overrated.

That rug really tied the room together.

I just need a logline and a title and it's ready to be submitted.

I think this is the earliest I've ever entered an OWC...not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

You don't have until midnight, sorry to say, bro.

Clock is ticking at just under 31 hours.
