Quoted from khamanna

Oh, but I've seen some manage that.
And sometimes they rewrite that perfect script for the worse!

Did you write something for this OWC, Alex?

Yes, I got an entry this time. Struggled a lot with my written English as usual. I like the meaning of my script, but when it comes to the rest, the total package: characters, story, structure, genre – no clue how it will be received. But I done definitely worse before, I feel.

In general, I agree that some scripts from the challenges are fabulous. But how many are that out of the usual stack of 40? Imo there are not more than one, two or maybe three that I'd call perfect or better said "ready".  Sometimes none.

And I even think for those super talented short writers, we definitely got some around here, I tend to believe even for those it is hit and miss. Perhaps some expectations toward ourselves and each other are too high. On the other side, what we demand to happen in one week makes it all so funnily ironic and irrational Pure high voltage writing

No drinking yet, but for some reason, I can never find the submit link.

Thanks for this!  Where is it, exactly, though?  I don't see it anywhere inside the site.

I'm submitted as well. Anyone else have trouble picking from the Subgenre scroll? What the heck is 'financial horror'? Apart from, you know, my life

Anyway, good luck all!

Got caught up in some family business. Haven't written a word past the first slug. Stupid perhaps, but I think I'm still gonna give it a shot, even though the quality may suffer as a result of the time constraint. If it's total shit, I won't submit. Will just have to see...
