C'mon, Dave. you got this. You've still got plenty of time. Just pump out a draft.

Hey Zack, thanks for your words of encouragement!

I'll make one last try tomorrow, but I'm not going to enter unless I manage to write something decent.

Wait, isn't this how it works??

Good new is... this works both ways.

I like mine a bit better today.

Of course, tomorrow I'll hate it and myself...

(Insert Lion King song here... Circle of life, is a wheel of fortune...)

You guys are just lucky I'm not allowed to enter this OWC. I'd kill this one.

Can't you enter but just not be in contention for the writer’s choice?

Just came up with an idea.

Thank yous have to go out to Sweet Tea Vodka, Moonshine, Jager, and weed!

Thank you, all you things.

I actually like it and it's kind of what I was trying to come up with all along.

I'm basing my idea on Zack's hints and vids, and I think  this should work quite well.

Writing to take place either tomorrow or Friday.

I'M IN!!!!!

Done my first draft. Getting the wife to do a once over tomorrow than getting back to it later that evening.

All in anticipation for Dreamscape to tear it apart, call me a lousy writer and PKCardinal to outshine me once again.

I know this movie isn't very good, but this scene always creeped me out. A guilty pleasure for sure.

Really can't wait to see how you guys approach this one. I hope to see some cool stuff. And seriously... Nazi's on a blimp. With flying vampires.

I always liked Ghost Ship. It’s not good, but it’s got some genuine scares, the tone is great, the cast is great, it has some interesting character moments, and I like the premise. But it doesn’t execute the premise well, it has some terrible dialogue, it hits cheesy in a few places, and the third act goes off the rails.

But man, that wire haunts me. It’s bonkers, but it got me.

As for my entry, I’m not looking at it again until Friday. It’s done and the rough edges worked down. It’s nothing special, but I like it.
