I've made 3 nominations and it was really hard for me.
I went through all the scripts I have read so far. I still have the last two
that were posted on the home page at the top to read, but I wanted to put in my selections now because my internet keeps going down on me. We've been having problems in our area for the last week.
I feel comfortable with the selections I made. I didn't take it lightly when I made my decisions. And I sent Don the reasons why I felt they deserved nomination, if not winner status, I do believe they are more than solid.
I hope to finish the last two reads tomorrow and offer as much quality input as I can.
Just a quick question. Michael? Anyone? Do we have just to the end of the day to get our nominations in?
Night/Day - it's all relevant to where you are in the world.
I'll take that as a: "just hurry up and get it done".
I wasn't completely sure, but as I said:
I sent nominations to Don this evening because my internet connections have been erratic.
I'm not sure, but the sooner we can get in our feedback, is probably the better.
I think too, that by forcing us to make up our minds on a deadline-- it kind of puts it in perspective for us, as individuals, what we value most highly.
When trying to discern which script we feel is a worthy candidate, we must make decisions that are sometimes hard.
Sorry, not online as much today because my computer is working hard at something else. I do think you have more than 1 day but I wouldn't take too long.

No worries, Michael, we're going to try and wind this OWC up in style. Intent is sent.
Looks like some people are catching on to the fact that i wrote mine in four hours... oh well, at least i tried!! ha.
It was a nice distraction from my feature.
PS. JohnnyBoy, I wish I wrote The Reunion, but its nice to know you thought of me. Only now when you find out which one i really did write, i'll run and cower away!!!
Shorts: Good Golly Miss Molly No Place Like Home New Moon Rising Yuno - BRAND-*SPANKIN*-NEW! The Ballad of Uncle Sam: An Anarchists Melody Toy Soldier This Modern Love A Virgin State of Mind
I didn't spend that long on mine. Once I started it almost wrote itself. The lyrics were the hardest bit. I didn't even write down lyrics when I was in a band. Mind you, we were rubbish.
I don't buy that... not for a nickel. Umm... only read one of Cindy's so far, so what the heck do I know. i still say no.
By the way, how long do we have to vote????
Yep, you're right. I didn't write Autumn Walk, and I didn't write the other one Our Time Deserves... either. or did I????
I have more to read today, so maybe I'll choose those... Maybe not...
